Derived from each staff member's own LOGIN/LOGOUT activity entries — this is not a live "who is on the system right now" feed. "Likely Online" means the last thing recorded for that account was a login with no logout after it; if a browser is closed or crashes without logging out, it stays "Likely Online" until the automatic 30-minute inactivity logout records one, or until they sign in again elsewhere. Force Logout ends every session an account has open — the remedy for a lost device or a password you suspect is compromised — but it is not instant: a device already signed in keeps working until it is next idle-checked or its access token naturally expires, at most 30 minutes.
